Description
Some historians call the twenty first century the Idiotic century. This is a mistake. Stupid century, without a doubt; Clueless century, maybe. But the rank of idiot should be reserved for the twentieth century. The protagonist of this novel is an idiot from the twentieth century. He is from the second half of the twentieth century, to be more exact; which entails a higher degree of more concentrated idiocy. A victim of the zoological stupidity of the second European post war period, our character insists on a tough and single subject research project into happiness, which drives him inexorably closer to ruin. Given the hair raising future announced to the idiots at the end of the century, this book should be adopted by all secondary education institutions as a guide to survival. It does not avoid idiocy, but helps to foresee it. On the other hand, due to having been written in such a strange way, it gives prestige to those who read it, and everyone knows that prestige is one of the most efficient cover ups for idiocy. - from Amzon
